Drilled Pumpkins with Lights
Creating a unique Halloween pumpkin is fast and easy with this festive DIY. Using a power drill and stencils, you can achieve a unique look for your pumpkins this Halloween.

Step 2 Remove Top
Use a knife to cut a circle around the stem of the pumpkin and remove the top portion.

Step 3 Clean Out
Thoroughly remove any pulp and seeds from inside the pumpkin with a spoon.

Step 4 Attach Stencil
Attach your stencil (Download the “Boo!” stencil used in the video here).

Step 5 Mark Holes
Using the poker from your carving kit, mark each hole on your stencil in the middle.

Step 6 Drill
Using a bit approximately the size of the holes on your stencil, drill through your pumpkin. Wipe clean.

Step 7 Light
Place a light source inside your pumpkin (we used LED tea lights) and place the top back on.

Step 8 Happy Halloween!
Wait for it to get dark and have a Happy Halloween!
