Check the box under “Get It Installed,” select an installation option and make sure you’ve entered the correct postal code.
Click “Add To Cart”, then complete your order.

Within 24 hours of completing your order, the installer will contact you via text message to schedule installation.
Please ensure that your installation is scheduled after your delivery date.
For a quick response to any questions/concerns related to your installation, send an SMS text to 84322 (standard text and data rates may apply) or contact Customer Support for assistance.

You will be notified about your delivery window after 4pm the day before your delivery.
You will receive a call up to 30 minutes prior to your delivery.
The delivery agent will unbox the appliance upon delivery.
The delivery team will dispose of all your packaging.
Please note that the delivery team is not equipped to install your electric wall oven.

The installer will arrive at the scheduled time to install your new electric wall oven.
They will disconnect your old electric wall oven if required, and install the new one in its place.
They will perform a cleanup and inspection, then advise on proper usage and maintenance for your new electric wall oven.

Frequently Asked Questions

You will typically need a 30 amp breaker for a single wall oven and 40 amp for a double wall oven. However, the voltage requirements may vary depending on the type/brand of oven.

Home Depot installers are certified and licensed, which can give you peace of mind about the safety of your electric wall oven installation. Also, any damages to your new electric wall oven that may occur when self-installing are not covered by the 1-year warranty of your appliance.

Yes, all electric wall ovens must be hard wired into an approved junction box. A plug and receptacle is not permitted.

Yes. If you would like your old electric wall oven to be hauled away, the service can be purchased prior to checkout.

No. Our installers will disconnect your old electric wall oven before installing the new one.

No. Delivery and installation services are arranged and scheduled separately from each other. If haul away is purchased without installation, your old appliance will be taken away or moved when the new one is delivered.
The installer will contact you via text message within 24 hours of completing your order to schedule your electric wall oven installation. Please take your delivery time into account when scheduling your installation appointment.

In most cases, your electric wall oven installation can be completed in 2-3 hours

If the appliance arrives with visible damage, ask the delivery agent about the Save the Delivery process. Once explained, if this is not something that is acceptable to you, we recommend that you refuse the delivery and indicate ‘refused due to damage’ on the bill of lading (BOL). Otherwise, you have up to 48 hours from time of delivery to notify The Home Depot at 1-800-759-2054 of any concealed damage. If you notice a defect (not damage) in the appliance after the 48 hours, this becomes a warranty issue. Please call the manufacturer’s warranty line. This is not the responsibility of the installer. The appliance comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, you may choose to purchase an Extended Service Plan at any time within the first year.
