Order Cancellation FAQ

Yes. You can cancel your order online if it hasn't yet been processed. Check the Order Status page for a link to cancel. If the order has already been processed, there will be a message that explains it can no longer be cancelled.
At this time, you can only cancel the entire order or all items being picked up in-store, for example. You can't cancel individual items through online cancellation.
If you made a donation to The Home Depot Canada Foundation, the donation will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order.

Click on the Order Status button in your Order Received email, or visit the Order Status page and enter your order number. Follow the instructions found below your list of items.

If your order has already been processed and/or shipped, you can no longer cancel online. If you need assistance with your online order, please contact Customer Support.

You can cancel individual items by contacting Customer Support. For online cancellation, you can only cancel the entire order or all items being picked up in-store, for example, or all items being delivered with standard shipping.

No, there is no charge for cancelling items.

Refunds may take several days as they are subject to processing times at your financial institution.
