The recalled AirJet and HydroJet spa pumps can overheat, posing a fire hazard. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled spa pumps and contact Bestway to receive either a free replacement spa pump or a pump refund of CAD $137 for AirJet spa pumps or CAD $259 for HydroJet spa pumps.

Delta Ceiling Hoist with Straps (Item RS2300) manufactured by Delta Cycle Corp. We have learned that the plastic buckles for the straps can fail. You should discontinue using these straps immediately as they present a fall hazard which could result in injury.
These straps are used in storing a kayak, canoe, ladder or other larger items. If you are not using the straps and only using the hooks, no further action is required. LiftMaster myQ889LM and 041A7928-3 garage door control panels recalled due to potential entrapment hazard
The impacted control panels can allow the operator to unintentionally override the secondary entrapment protection system when the control panel is paired with both an external-facing keypad and a wall-mount operator, and the consumer initiates a door closing cycle using the keypad when there is an obstruction. The override can only occur when the consumer presses and releases "ENTER" a second time within 60 seconds of the initial push. As of February 3, 2023, the company has received one report of incident in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries.

Kidde AC/DC Powered Residential Smoke Alarms and Combination
If a power outage occurs at the same second that a unit is performing a sensor health check, the units may go into a “latched” mode, causing them not to alert to the presence of smoke. It will sound if it receives a signal from an alarm in the same interconnected system. Once power is restored, a latched unit will sound an alert, regardless of the presence of smoke or carbon monoxide, until power to the alarm is completely removed.
