What To Expect
2 Schedule Assembly
- Within 24 hours of completing your order, the installer will contact you via text message to schedule assembly.
- Note that assembly will take place after your BBQ is delivered, at your scheduled assembly date.
- Make space on the deck/patio and ensure that the area is free of tree branches, power lines and any other obstructions.
- For a quick response to any questions/concerns related to your assembly, send an SMS text to 84322 (standard text and data rates may apply) or visit our Contact Us page to chat with an associate.
3 Delivery
- Your BBQ will be delivered at your curbside prior to assembly.
- You are responsible for moving your BBQ to the site where it will be assembled.
- Please note that the delivery team is not equipped to assemble BBQs.
4 Assembly
- The Installer will arrive at the scheduled time to assemble and anchor your new BBQ
- They will perform a cleanup and inspection, then advise on proper usage and maintenance for your new BBQ

- No; this service is only available to customers who have purchased a BBQ online from The Home Depot and purchased home delivery
- Similarly, this assembly service is available for Home Depot customers only and cannot be arranged for products purchased from other retailers

- No. Delivery and assembly are scheduled and completed separately
- The Installer will contact you by text message within 24 hours of completing your order to schedule your BBQ assembly. Please take your delivery time into account when scheduling your assembly appointment

- Installation of gas lines longer than 20 feet will require an additional fee for labour and materials. Check the product specifications for any additional required parts and/or materials. Damage to older, brittle patio stones, concrete and wood may occur during installation of new gas line. Additional charges may apply to fix them.

- If you plan to remove an existing BBQ and replace it on the same site, you must complete this work separately, in advance of your scheduled assembly
