  • They will then perform a diagnostic of the system to check that everything is working as normal

  • The Installer will discuss their findings with you, and the cost of the job
  • Then, they will draft a work order and get your consent
Follow-Up Inspection

3 Maintenance

  • Your Installer will perform maintenance, test the HVAC unit, and reassure you of the maintenance work being done
  • They will then put the equipment back to its original state

2. Check lubricate/furnace fan motor (as applicable)

3. Check blower motor amps (as applicable)

4. Check filter system (clean/replace if needed)
