Pro Volume Pricing is a volume pricing program designed for Pro customers who are buying large quantities of select products. Pro Volume Pricing gives Pros access to an expanded assortment, direct to job-site delivery and tiered volume pricing to help save time and money every day.

Pro Volume Pricing offers free shipping to the majority of the country, however, some remote areas will incur shipping charges. Please contact the Pro Support team for additional details at 1-877-355-1251.
You can see if you qualify for free shipping by logging in to your Pro Business Account, navigating to a eligible Pro Volume Pricing product and entering your delivery postal code.
We will be able to cancel your Pro Volume Pricing order as long as the product has not shipped from the vendor’s warehouse by calling our Pro Support team at 1-877-355-1251. If the product has left the warehouse, there will be a restocking fee of 25% before tax for appliances All other products can be returned to the store with no restocking fee.
Yes, but not all programs that you have access to online are available at store. For more details contact your local Pro Desk for program availability.
For all product ordered online outside of appliances you are now able to track your order online. For appliances, however, you will be informed of your order’s ETA within two business days after your order has been placed and you will receive a call one day prior to your delivery to confirm the delivery date.

You have 48 hours to report the damage to either the carrier that delivered the product to you or to our Appliance Support Team at 1-877-355-1251.
At this time, Pro Volume Pricing is only available in-store for Maytag, Amana, Whirlpool and Frigidaire, and for online purchases of GE products.
Yes, the Delivery team will haul away the appliances that are being replaced, when that service is selected and paid for.
The delivery team will uncrate the appliances, set in place, remove all packing and connect all freestanding electrical appliances. Delivery teams will not hook up gas appliances. They are also not equipped to install dishwashers, built-in cooktops, wall ovens, gas ranges/dryers, range hoods, over-the-range microwaves, refrigerators requiring a new water line and slide-in ranges.
Not at this time. Volume pricing is applied based on the unit volume of the appliance on each sales order. If the quantity is split amongst several sales orders, the volume pricing will fall into the respective tier as per the quantity on that order.
Not at this time. The pricing is built on a per-unit basis assuming a minimum purchase quantity of 25+ units of the same appliance.
Yes, all purchases made while logged in to your Pro Business Account will contribute to your rewards.
