Scheduled Delivery FAQ
Scheduled Delivery Overview:
The Home Depot Canada now offers a scheduled delivery option for customers. For a flat rate delivery fee, online customers can choose to have product(s) delivered to them on a specific date.

For non-major appliances, your delivery date must be 48 hours or more from the order creation date (excluding Sundays & holidays).

Delivery rates are based on the delivery postal code. Once your postal code has been submitted, the delivery cost provided will be applicable for all Scheduled Delivery items in your cart.

Only curbside deliveries. (Excluding major appliances).

You order will arrive between 8 AM and 8 PM on your selected delivery date.

Yes. Customers can call Customer Support at 1-800-628-0525 prior to the scheduled delivery date to change or cancel their order. If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.

Yes. However, if you have already accepted the package, please call Customer Support at 1-800-628-0525 within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a prompt exchange.

Homedepot.ca delivers within Canada only. Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with a postal code. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. A person over the age of 18 will need to be present to accept the delivery.

Most in-store and in-stock items are eligible for home or jobsite delivery. Look for items that are marked with ‘Schedule Delivery’ on the website. Once these items are added to cart, you can add most smaller items and have them switched to Scheduled Delivery as well.
