Buy Now FAQ

Enabling a feature called Buy Now will allow you to save an address and payment method to your Home Depot account to checkout in two easy steps. It's much faster than filling out the forms required during regular checkout. Create an account or sign in to enable this feature. Buy Now can be used for one product at a time or multiple quantities of the same product. The feature cannot be used to place an order with various products previously added to your cart.

You can enable Buy Now in five simple steps:

1. Create an account or sign in to your Home Depot account.
2. Navigate to Buy Now Settings.
3. Enter a new shipping address or select from addresses saved in your account.
4. Enter a new payment method or select from payment methods saved in your account.
5. Click Save & Enable.

You will receive an email confirmation to let you know that the feature was enabled.

You can turn off the Buy Now feature at any time from your account. From Buy Now Settings, simply click or tap the Buy Now toggle to disable. You will receive an email confirmation to let you know that the feature was disabled.

Once enabled from your account, you will see a Buy Now button on the product pages of eligible products (below the Add To Cart button). If you choose the Buy Now option, you will jump directly to checkout. Here you can review the shipping/pick-up option, address and payment method before placing your order. Buy Now makes checking out faster by using the default address and payment method saved to your account.

You can easily update your default address or payment method at any time from your account. From Buy Now Settings, simply add the new address or payment method and save as default. You will receive an email confirmation to let you know when a payment method has been added.

Unfortunately not. Buy Now can be used for one product at a time or multiple quantities of the same product. The feature cannot be used to place an order with various products previously added to your cart. If you have already added products to your cart, proceed to checkout as you usually would.

Unfortunately not. Buy Now orders cannot be combined to apply promotions. Certain promotions may not apply.
